Wow, it's been a busy few days for Miss Shayk. After landing the renowned Sports Illustrated Annual Swimsuit Cover, Irina has been flying here there ans everywhere, doing press, red carpets, partying and basically celebrating her major success of a gig...and I don't blame her.
