Alex Gerrard works hard for her money...here she is demonstrating the Shake Weight, a woman's fitness product that is designed to help shape and tone your arms in just six minutes a day :O Damnnnnnnn!!

We all know how much Alex likes to keep fit, every 2 days theres a new picture of her out jogging and working up a sweat. But I am curious as to whether this product actually works...kinda wanna buy it now hmmmm.

Not even the sub zero temperatures in Liverpool could stop Alex Gerrard exercising. Now you've probally by now, seen Alex decked out in her gym gear, the paparazzi seem to love taking photo's of her coming out the gym (which seems to be every day) so it shoudl come as no suprise to see her out getting her fitness on. Odd though that she would leave the warmth of a gym, but we're proud of you Alex and also jealous that you have the motivation that we err lack when it comes to exercsing.

Alex Gerrard was see and out and about in Liverpool, the first parked on a double yellow line...pffttt with that car who cares. She was sporting thigh high boots, a blazer and a leopard print scarf, looking every inch stylish (we're jealous). The second at a supermarket still in her gym clothes and smiling towards the camera...well if we had a car...and a body like that we'd be smiling too.

Well Alex G has made us want to eat healthy today, lets hope we actually do it for once. Bear in mind there's chocolate truffles in the house =O

The MOBO's was in Liverpool last night and they were some footballers and Wags strutting their stuff down the red carpet. Tim Cahill and Phil Jagielka (Everton) with their wag's Rebekah Greenhi and Emily Jagielka. Alex Gerrard was rockin this season's leopard print style and as head Liverpool Wag didn't need her man by her side to get the limelight. Looking good guys.
