Real Madrid Vs Mallorca
What a match =D Mallorca dominated the first half, with a goal 15 minutes in, but by the second half Real Madrid were ready to show why there in 250 million pound debt. Cristiano Ronaldo scored his first hatrick for Real Madrid, with one goal in the first half and two in the second. He looked estatic and I believe he greatly deserved it. Sergio Ramos provided two excellent balls in, another star player. Higuian scored to bring the score to 4-1 to Real Madrid and put further pressure on Barcelona to win their next match against Sevilla.
Fingers crossed they dont....What can I say Im a Madridsta at heart =D

Real Madrid vs Osasuna
Well, what a game. Real Madrid played at home to Osasuna yesterday and on paper the match looked like an easy win for Los Blancos no problem. HA, with an early goal from Osasuna, which was made when Iker Casillas came way to far out to try and get the ball. Real Madrid was stunned, but were quickly back in the game with a cracker of a goal from Cristiano Ronaldo, skipping past the defenders and doing what he does best, landing the ball in the back of the net.
More goals from Madrid and Osasuna came, making it 2-2. With Marcelo scoring for Real and dedicating his goal to his wife, awwwwww.
But Real had to win this game to keep pressure on Barca and to keep alive any chance they had of winning La Liga.
Finally after a tense, tense, nerve-racking wait. Cristiano Ronaldo headed the ball into the back of the net in the 89th minute.
Hey there Real Madrid.....WHY WIN COMFORTABLY =]

Manchester vs Sunderland
Manchester United are fighting to the very end in hopes of winning the premier league. The red devils beat Sunderland 1-0 yesterday, with a excellant goal from Nani, who slowly seems to be stepping into Cristiano Ronaldo's shoes at United. Thats not to say we should look at Nani as lesser version of Ronaldo, but he sure seems to have mastered the same style of playing, which personally I think is a good thing.
Manchester United can only hope that Chelsea lose or draw their next game and they win there's if there is to be any chance of lifting the title.
And you never know what could happen in football, so dont go thinking Chelsea have won the premier league just yet =]

Liverpool vs Chelsea
Chelsea beat Liverpool by 2 goals to Nil at Anfield. Which means that the boys in blue stay top of the premier league and will win it unless they are beaten or draw in their next game and manchester united win their next one.
Steven Gerrard made a not so smart decision by deciding to pass the ball back to goalkeeper Pepe Reina, not realising that Drogba was also behind him and he quickly got control of the ball and landed it in the back of the neck.
Liverpool's hope for a finish at 4th place look, well, not likely to happen. Rafa Benitez looks like he will be replaced, the Liverpool manager has been at the centre of rumour mill that this will be his last season at Liverpool. More interesting was the fact that the Liverpool players seemed to do a Lap around the pitch yesterday after their defeat. Whether this was just to apologise to fans or say goodbye to Rafa, nobody knows.
If you were watching yesterdays game you might have caught a glimpse of injured Liverpool striker Fernando Torres lokinh healthy but severely depressed watching the game yesterday. Better luck next season boys =]

Barcelona still top.
Barcelona held on to their position as kings of La Liga with a 4-1 victory over Villa Real. Messi, Xavi and Bojan all made the score sheet. With Messi scoring two goals which should come as a relief after 5 games with out scoring.
Real Madrid must beat Osauna to keep the fight going for the La Liga title and hope that Barca lose one of their remaining games.
Barca have still to play Sevilla, who many feel may be the team to defeat Barca.
All we can do is hope and pray =]
