Loreal - Because there worth it

Football Scandals

Here at football bebe, we realise that girls (and boys) no matter how big a football fan you may be, do love a bit of a scandal every now and then to remind you that footballers, even with their fame and money are really just like the rest of us. So can fuck up just like everybody else, whether or not we hold this against them on the pitch is your choice. (I personally dont). But here are some of the biggest scandals to hit football throughout the years.

Wayne Rooney

In 2004 it was discovered that Manchester United Star Wayne Rooney was a regular client to a Liverpool prostitute called "Auld Slapper" who as well as being 52 years of age (Ewwwww!) liked to dress as a cowgirl. This along with Rooney being known to visit brothels regulary throughout Manchester, shined a very different light on the fame soccer player, who at the time had a girlfriend (Coleen McLaughlin, now his wife and baby momma). Luckily she forgave him and most Man U fans seem to have forgotten about it. Possibly due to the fact that Rooney is their best player.

Ashley Cole

Recently married to lets face it, stunning, Cheryl Tweedy. A very drunk Cole charmed Aimee Watson (hairdresser and mother to one) to come back to his and well...you know. After being sick in the car (real classy) they arrived to home, only for Cole to stop thier "romp" to be sick again. Watson later admitted she was very impressed by cole despite him "not being very big". HA! Cheryl forgave him, turning the blame on Aimee taking advantage of Ashley being intoxicated. Lucky Fella eh. Well now as he's cheated again and she's finalllllllly dumping his ass, not so lucky.

David Beckham

David Beckham decided to take a break from his darn good life, with his money, fame, equally succesful wife and beautiful kids to get freaky with his PA. A supposed 4 month affair ensued and finally Rebecca Loos sold her story to the papers. David never denied the clain, however Victoria stuck by him and they are still one of the worlds leading "power couples"

Diego Maradona

World Cup quarter final 1994 between Argentina and England saw Maradona punch the ball into the net with his fist. To the horror of the England team and the millions watching the Ref allowed the goal having appeared not to have seen it. The famous quote said by Maradona was formed from the game "a little with the head of Maradona and a little with the hand of God" Still viewed as one of the best player ever, but will always be remembered by this. Note to Self Henry =P

Liverpool through to Semi-Final

Feck yeah.... The lovely boys in red managed to defeat Benfica with an impressive 4 goals to 1. Who says Liverpool are losing there touch...eh?

Dirk Kuyt headed a corner from Steven Gerrard 27 minutes into the game. Strangely however, the linesman flags for offside, promting the ref to blow his whistle to disallow the goal. But after some persuading from Torres allows the goal. Who says Refs cant be nice once in a while? Maybe he took his happy pills this morning =]

Lucas 7 minutes later plays a beautiful ball into the back of the net, passed nicely from Gerrard. Liverpool's chances by now are sure looking gooooooood.

Torres slams the ball into the back of the net at 58 minutes.....Torres song followed =] Na na na na na na na na Torrs Torres

Benficas's Cardozo makes it 3 - 1 at the 68th minute as the Liverpool wall fails to stand firm.

Annnnnnnnd Torres scores again in teh 81th minute. Chips the ball over Moreira and Wollla 4 - 1 to Liverpool. Cue singing =]

Well what a stunning performance from Liverpool. To be fair Benfica played strongly in the first 30 minutes. But hand up to boys in Red for a fantastic performence (What it should be like) I have to mention though, Benfica players were pretty rough to Torres during this game. Leave blondie alone, he's to cute =]

Playing Today

Liverpool vs Benfica

Atletico Madrid vs Valencia

Wolfsburg vs Fulham

So Liverpool who one could say have been performing not so good (shite) lately, really have to step up for this game. Hopefully they give the fans a reason to sing the torres song =] (Which in my opinion is the best damn football song ever) If you disagree please tell me and suggest another and no Rangers Follow Follow does not count.

Atletico Madrid and Valencia, well it seems to me that La Liga is all about Real Madrid and Barce. Thats not to say the other teams dont count, they do, but we all no either Real Madrid or Barce is going to win La Liga. There is little to no hope for any other team to actually come within a fraction of winning it. Disagree then please tell me.

And Wolfsburg vs Fulham, The Germans vs The English =] Well considering the losing streak Fulham has recently being seeing, can they turn it around......I think not. Disagree tell me.

Real Madrid El Classico Interview

Some of the Real Madrid boys had some things to say about the upcoming El Classico.

Sergio Ramos

"The match comes at a very important time this season. There is hardly any difference between us and Barcelona and the slightest mistake could kill both our chances to win the title. We are very excited about the match. I believe it could be decisive."

"We must be strong, use the speed of our wingers in attack, keep posession and make as few mistakes as possible, especially when defending"

"Barcelona have a style of their own. It dosent matter who plays because the whole squad has the same philiosophy. We'll have to have a clear idea of what it is we must do and play how Pellegrini wants us to"

"Leo Messi always performs at a high level. He makes a difference"

Guti

"It will be an important match. We fear no one. Barcelona are doing a good job, but we have sufficient weapons to help us defeat them"

"I only think about victory. We will be very motivated because we know how much is at stake for us. We will have to concentrate hard because Barcelona are a great apponent. It wont be easy"

"We could have won the first leg of the matchat Camp Nou. It is now time for us to defeat them at the Bernabeu"

"I think we can do it. We are strong home and we will have the support of our fans. We have players who are capable of scoring at any given time"

Iker

"The Classico will be a great game, but it wont be decisive. Three very important points will be at stake and our goal is to win the match. The winner's position on the table will be strengthened, but the league is still far from over. Other teams we will face are fighting for particular objectives"

"We hardly concede any goals because we all help out. Everyonr is invloved in defending set pieces. Our quality in attack can guarantee us to win games as long as we dont concede any strikes"

"Kaka wants to help the team. The team will benefit if he's in good form. He is angry because he hasn't performed as he wished, but we are delighted with him because he is a team worker who sets a great example. We want him to recover as soon as possible"

"Barcelona's Xavi is a great player and his team benifits from his skill with the ball. Valdes is a very good goalkeeper. He is doing well on his team"

Bordeaux VS Lyon

So yeah even Chamakh scoring a goal just before half time couldn't get them through to the Champions Leauge semi - final. As the overall results were 3 - 2 to Lyon. Better Luck next time boys.

Im sure Lyon will now go celebrate and pray pray pray that they dont get Barcelona in the Semi - Final.

Real Madrid Vs Barcelona EL CLASSICO

Kick Off 22:00 (Spanish time), 20:30 (United Kingdom) @ Santiago Bernabeu.
Will you be watching? If so who are you rooting for? Real or Barca.

And really do you see it as more of a battle between Ronaldo and Messi or a Spanish Rivarly.

Is it going to be Viva La Ronaldo or the Messiha thatt takes home the crown?

Ronaldo (shhhhhhhh!)

Manchester United Vs Bayern Munich

Okay, so at the start of the week the results didnt look to be good for this game. Wayne Rooney was apparantly out for 2 to 3 weeks and The Red Devils had already suffered a defeat Away. So one could say we were fucked.

All that changed however, we got "The White Pele" back....

So with Man U's top player starting, it started to look much much brighter at the end of the tunnel. Even brighter when Gibson and Nani scored early goals within 7 minutes of each other. Im sure the words "Lets P.A.R.T.Y" came into a lot of United's fans heads there, mine included.
So with another fabulous goal from Nani in the 41st minute, it looked like Bayern would be going back home to cry into there Bratwursts.
But somehow, luck was not on United's side, Olic scored in the 43rd minute and in the second half Rafael (who i have to say was playing pretty good so far) got sent off.
A ten man United just couldn't fend of Bayern and Robbin scored in the 74th minute leaving a desperate Man U trying to get another goal.
Sadly however, fate intervened and it was not meant to be. So Bayern Munich get to go home and eat a good bratwurst, drink some beer and stare at Heidi Klum pictures before the Champions League semi-final.
Alltogether I think both teams played very well. However Bayern was definetly stronger in the 2nd Half. I do believe Manchester deserved to have won however and hopefully they kick everyone's asses next year.

Wayne Rooney coming off to make way for O Shea. Hopefully no more damage caused to him.

Robbin after scoring

Rooney clutching his ankle. (Pray here guys)

Reafael being sent off (Booooooo)
